What's new in Superlist: Labels, smarter sorting, and more

Hi there, We've been busy making Superlist better for you. Here's a roundup of the latest improvements, from new ways to organize your work to helpful updates across iOS and Android. Label Management You can now edit, and delete labels directly within settings. Use them to categorize your tasks however works best for you and your team, whether by priority, topic, project phase, or anything else. Hide Collaborators from the Assignee List You can now choose which collaborators appear when assigning tasks, so your assignee list stays clean and relevant. You'll find this in Settings under Collaborators. Copy a Transcript Copying a meeting transcript is now just one tap away. Look for the new button in the top right of any transcript view. Task Counts on Inbox and Today The sidebar now shows the number of open tasks next to Inbox and Today, so you always know what's waiting for you at a glance. Smarter Sorting We've improved how sorting works when you organize tasks by list. It's now more intuitive and consistent. Plus, there's a brand-new Sort by Team option available in Lists, Inbox, Today, and Tasks views, making it easier to see what each team is working on. Filter Team Tasks from Inbox and Today The Team Toggle now also controls visibility of team-owned tasks in Inbox, Today, and Tasks views. If you're part of multiple teams, this makes it easy to focus on just what's relevant right now. iOS Share Sheet Improvements Sharing content into Superlist from other apps just got smarter. When you share a website using the iOS Share Sheet, the app now automatically uses the website title as the task title. Faster, cleaner task capture on the go. Android Home Screen Widget You can now pin your Superlist lists directly to your Android home screen as a widget. Your tasks are always one glance away. That's it for this round.
