AI Notetaker for SyncUps, Outlook email search, Send to Super Agent from Slack, and more
This week's ClickUpdates bring AI Notetaker directly into SyncUps, Connected Search for Outlook emails, a Slack shortcut to kick off Super Agent conversations, thread replies that surface in your channel feed, and more ways to power up your agents!
Your SyncUp calls now capture and share meeting notes for you. Start AI Notes from any SyncUp to generate a summary, action items, and next steps for every participant, enable it per call or for all SyncUps in a Channel. Available with the AI Notetaker or Everything AI add-on.
Your Outlook emails, connected to Brain & Agents
Find any Outlook email from Brain or the Command Bar without switching apps. Connect your personal Outlook account to search up to a year of messages by subject, sender, body text, or attachment filename, and Brain uses that context to give richer answers about projects, decisions, and conversations.
Trigger Super Agents from Slack
Turn any Slack message into a Super Agent conversation instantly. Select "Send to Super Agent" from Slack's More actions menu, pick your agent, and it appears in a ClickUp DM. A deep link takes you right back to ClickUp to continue the conversation.
Send thread replies to Channels and DMs
Important replies no longer get buried in threads. Check "Also send to Channel" to post in both the thread and main feed. Your message will be linked back to the original conversation for full context!
Unleash your Super Agent on your Personal List
Give agents full visibility into your work with zero setup. Add your Personal List as a knowledge source during agent setup, and the agent will automatically reference the right user's tasks and context based on who's asking.
Enhancements this week
We're always refining the details. Here are some other improvements we're excited about:
Share templates with private links: Copy a private link from Template Center and share it in tasks, Docs, comments, or chat. No need to make templates public.
Import subtasks and nested subtasks from CSV: The Spreadsheet Importer now preserves subtasks, nested subtasks, field data, and Custom Fields during import. No manual rebuilds.
