This communication is a quarterly reminder of the terms associated with your use of Google Cloud Platform products. Online sign-ups of Google Cloud Platform are governed by the following terms, as applicable: Google Cloud Platform Terms of Service, including the Google Cloud Privacy Notice. If you signed an offline variant of these terms under this account, those offline terms of service remain in effect (including applicable privacy policies) and the Google Cloud Privacy Notice.
By way of due diligence as an intermediary under India law, we take this opportunity to remind you to comply with the applicable laws including the Indian Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (as amended) (the “Rules”). The generation, modification or publication of unlawful synthetic content such as deepfakes and non-consensual intimate imagery is prohibited under the Rules.
Please adhere to the applicable terms and laws to maintain continued use of and access to Google Cloud, as violations may lead to warnings or further action, including loss of access, suspension or termination of all or part of your account, and we may be required to report certain violations to the authorities under applicable law.
