Spring release is here! Kanban View is finally here – one of your most-requested additions to Collections. Alongside with Mermaid diagrams, a big upgrade to Math formulas, and a bunch of improvements that make Craft faster and more reliable every day.

The 40% off sticks around as long as you do. Stay subscribed, and you’ll keep your discount year after year.
Can I use this discount for existing subscriptions?
Only if you upgrade, for example from the old Pro Tier to Plus.

Introducing Kanban View
Since launching Collections, one request came up again and again: Kanban.
You can now view your collections as Kanban boards in Craft, making it easier to track progress, organize workflows, and move work forward visually. Drag cards between columns to update status, create new groups as you go, and switch seamlessly between Kanban, Table, and Gallery views depending on how you want to work.
Mermaid Diagrams now in Craft
You can now add Mermaid diagrams to any Craft doc.
Create diagrams, flowcharts, sequences or timelines right in your document. They update live as you edit, stay sharp at any zoom level and look great in the editor, fullscreen, or PDF export.
Math Formulas Update
We’ve completely redesigned Math formulas in Craft with a new native engine that is both faster and lighter.
This update significantly expands LaTeX support, including new symbols, extensible arrows, cancel and boxed expressions, bracket notation, physics and math shorthand commands. Plus support for custom macros and reusable definitions.
Complex multiline formulas now render correctly, subscripts and prime symbols behave as expected, and formulas look consistent across the documents.
On-Device Folders Graduating from Beta
On Device Folders are now graduating from beta.
We’ve made major improvements to how offline folder content is downloaded, tracked, and maintained, reducing the chances of missing files, duplicate downloads, and other issues during everyday use. The result is a more reliable offline experience when working with content stored on your device.
Bug Fixes and Improvements
This release also includes a wide range of fixes and improvements.
Stability and Performance
We’ve improved performance across the app and fixed several crashes, making Craft feel faster, smoother, and more reliable in everyday use.

The AI Agent can now set full page styling (covers, colors, fonts, themes) when creating pages

The AI Agent can now set folder icons from Craft’s full icon library
Tasks Widget & Shortcuts
•
Siri Shortcuts containing % in text (e.g., “50% off”) no longer silently fail
•
The “Today” filter no longer includes tomorrow’s tasks for users in certain timezones
Sidebar & Navigation
•
Keyboard shortcuts on iPad with multiple windows now target the correct window
•
Fixed a rare issue where the app and new tabs could open to the Recently Deleted folder by default
