Sort your stuff 🗂️         Hey – hope you're well!       Keeping things organized makes it easier to focus, find what you need, and stay productive. When everything has its place, things just flow smoother. 📎       Here’s how to get started with structuring things in Craft. Don't know where to get started? Just reply to this email and we'll guide you!       Folders       Sort your docs into folders to group similar things together. Pin a doc in a folder to always see it at a glance. Star the docs you use the most for easy access.         Pages and Cards       Blocks with content are called Pages – click or tap on a Page to navigate inside it. Group blocks into a page to create organization. Use Cards for a little bit of visual appeal.         Collections       Collections are an easy way to catalog a bunch of things. Add fields for text, dates, links, checkboxes and more. Sort, Filter and Group to create Views for your workflows.       Add content to an entry to create a Page, or use Block Links and Relations to tie different collections together. Made a database already? Import right from Notion.         Whiteboards       Sometimes structure can't be that strict. With Whiteboards, you can lay things out on a visual canvas. Great for brainstorming.         Templates       Copy a doc to the Templates folder to easily create a new doc from it, or insert it anywhere.
