Fibery in 2025. Finally a good year in review

Hey!

I've been writing these annual reviews for years. Usually they're about surviving, pivoting, or learning from spectacular failures. This one is different.

2025 was good. Actually good. We grew MRR by 85% while cutting marketing spend by 85%. No ads, no SEO, no paid influencers — just precise positioning, sustainable pricing, and a product that you were kind enough to recommend more than ever. We're now close to profitability and bought fibery (dot) com to celebrate 💥.

The team shipped mobile apps, three new views (Dashboard, Gantt, Gallery), and (almost) made permissions work the way they should. Only took us 7 years to make something we're proud of!

We also screwed up a few things. Our referral program flopped. Product management became a bottleneck (that's me). And we're still figuring out how to run a good remote retreat. We share all of it (wins, failures, numbers, and plans for 2026) in our annual review.
Go read it 🦋
