🚀 What’s new

Agents now in public beta for Self-hosted
Self-hosted customers running 3.234.0 and later can now access the public beta version of Retool Agents. Set the AGENTS_ENABLED environment variable to true to get started.

Clearer workflow releases
We’ve updated the workflow IDE to make releases more intuitive. The "Deploy" has been renamed "Publish" and your "Deploy History" is now "Releases"—small changes that align the app and workflow experiences.

Access lists for workflows, resources, and agents
You can now see exactly who has access to your workflows, resources, and agents. Click the ••• menu on any listing page and select View access list.

Typed data inputs for modules
Modules now support proper data typing—String, Number, Boolean, Enum, or Any. This catches mismatched data types early and makes your modules more reliable. Choose a type to get validation warnings when inputs don't match expectations.
